Luxor by Night from Marsa Alam TUI Programm with overnight Stay

Our team will welcome you in the lobby of your hotel in Marsa Alam. From there, you will travel along the coast and then through the desert to Luxor. In the Nile Valley, you can observe the local population going about their daily work. After approximately four hours of driving, you will arrive in Luxor. Here you will see the Karnak Temple complex, which, with its 30 hectares, is the largest temple complex in Egypt. The temple complex consists of three temple districts dedicated to the gods Amun and Mon and the goddess Mut, as well as several other temples. The tour continues to Luxor Temple. The Avenue of Sphinxes connects both temples.

Before checking into your hotel Sonesta ST. Georg or Steigenberger Nil Palace, enjoy a break with a delicious lunch of oriental specialties. In the evening, you'll travel once again to Karnak Temple. Here, we'll enchant you with the illuminated temple and a sound and light show. The show tells the story of Thebes and the lives of the pharaohs who once built sanctuaries, courtyards, statues, and obelisks in honor of Amun. The evening concludes with dinner.

The next morning, you'll check out of your hotel and drive toward West Thebes. In the Valley of the Kings, we'll show you three of the 64 most beautiful royal tombs. Optionally, you can visit the tombs of Tutankhamun and Ramses VI. Continue to the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, which impresses with its unique terraced architecture. You'll head back toward Luxor to visit the Colossi of Memnon. These two statues once stood in front of the Temple of Amenhotep III, and they also represent him. You'll cross to the east bank of the Nile by felucca, or, depending on the weather, by motorboat. Relax for a while on the approximately 45-minute crossing. We'll serve you a hearty lunch on the east bank before returning to your hotel in Marsa Alam.
